These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to CALMYOURCAP ("CalmYourCap", "we", "us") at https://calmyourcap.com and https://app.calmyourcap.com, operated by Abdul Wakil Rahimi as a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure.

CalmYourCap is a software platform for trading discipline, coaching, journaling, psychology tools, and broker connectivity. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or trade recommendations that substitute for your own judgment.

You remain solely responsible for all trading decisions. Execute actions require your explicit confirmation. Hard blocks apply only to limits you configure (daily loss caps, max trades, prop rules, etc.).

Content, AI coaching (including Alex), signals, analytics, and market commentary are for educational and operational discipline purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not promise profitability or market outperformance.

The platform may display reference charts using third-party chart technology and market data. Broker quotes for tickets, sync, and execute remain separate from reference chart display where applicable.

You must not scrape, redistribute, resell, or use chart or market data for automated trading systems unless permitted by the applicable data provider and your broker agreement.

Access requires registration. You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.

Paid plans, trials, and billing are processed via Stripe. Fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout and in your account billing area.

If you connect MT4/MT5 or other platforms, you authorize sync of account metrics, positions, quotes, and chart data needed for coaching features. We do not hold client funds or place trades without your action.

Bridge tokens are secrets — do not share them. You are responsible for compliance with your broker and prop firm rules.

Visitors to our public website (including chart demos) may view content for personal, non-commercial use only.

You must not use any part of our website content — including charts, market data displays, or screenshots — for commercial purposes without obtaining the necessary license from the applicable rights holder.

You must not use the website in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations. CalmYourCap is not liable for misuse of chart content by visitors who breach these Terms.

You agree not to:

CalmYourCap software, branding, and content (excluding third-party chart/data components) are owned by CALMYOURCAP. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service while your account is active and in good standing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmYourCap is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data delays, broker outages, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

When you connect a broker, chart and quote data may be supplied from your broker via our bridge. You are responsible for compliance with your broker agreement and any exchange or vendor terms governing that data.

CalmYourCap does not redistribute market data for third-party commercial use. Third-party chart providers bear no responsibility for broker-sourced data displayed through our implementation.
