Agreement
These Terms govern access to CALMYOURCAP, operated by Abdul Wakil Rahimi as a sole proprietorship in Ontario, Canada, at https://calmyourcap.com and https://app.calmyourcap.com.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure.
What CalmYourCap is
CalmYourCap is software for trading discipline, coaching, journaling, behavioral telemetry, strategy monitoring, and broker connectivity. It is not investment advice or portfolio management.
You remain responsible for every trading decision. Execute requires your action. Hard blocks apply only to limits you configure.
AI, alerts, and market context
AI coaching, alerts, analytics, charts, and market commentary are educational and operational tools. They do not promise profitability or substitute for your judgment.
Market data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Verify prices and orders with your broker.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
Stripe processes paid plans, trials, renewals, and cancellations. Checkout and the billing area show the applicable terms.
Broker bridge
Connecting MT4 or MT5 authorizes sync of account metrics, positions, quotes, and chart data needed for the features you use. CalmYourCap does not hold funds.
Bridge tokens are secrets. You are responsible for broker, prop-firm, and local rule compliance.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service or APIs.
- Use the platform for unlawful activity or market manipulation.
- Misrepresent CalmYourCap as a broker, exchange, or return-promise product.
- Share access in violation of your plan or broker rules.
Liability and availability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmYourCap is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data delays, broker outages, or indirect damages.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
