No. Nothing fires unless it matches supported rules you wrote. CalmYourCap does not publish a house view of the market.

Do I need to keep the app open?

No. Scheduled scanning runs on our servers. Closing the laptop does not stop the plan checks.

Will it place trades for me?

No. You click Execute. That is a product principle, not a missing feature.

What if part of my strategy is complex?

The Strategy Builder shows supported compiled conditions and gaps. It does not pretend every sentence became an automated rule.

Do alerts require MetaTrader to stay open?

No. Alerts can use reference market data. MetaTrader is needed for live account sync and user-initiated execution.
